We are glad to be together with you again with the third volume of “The Turkish Yearbook of Asia–Pacific Studies” – TAPACAY. The growing interest for our journal is increasing our courage and happiness. The fact that our web site is visited by almost twenty thousand people is one of the clearest indicators for this. In the third volume, we present five articles and a book review which we have chosen meticulously within many studies.

Since our major principle is giving much importance for quality rather than quantity, we preferred to present such a limited content. We are looking forward to come together with you in enriched and qualified volumes with your most valuable contributions.
